Blue Coral Landing Cottage - a charming place to spend a perfect vacation on Great Guana Cay

Blue Coral Landing is a Bahamian-style, waterfront home overlooking Great Guana Cay's most popular yacht anchorage on the Sea of Abaco. The cottage features four bedrooms and four bathrooms, 2 living areas, a dining area and a well equipped kitchen. You have extensive waterfront views from the living room, dining room and the second-floor master bedroom. The front porch with a hammock is the perfect place to chill out and enjoy the views and the breeze as well.

The living room and kitchen feature partial cathedral ceilings. Furnishings are contemporary and include a music center as well as a Florida TV/VCR/DVD, and fabrics are bright to complement the pastel interior paint scheme. Linens/bath towels are included. Central air conditioning cools the home in warmer weather. Blue Coral Landing has ceiling fans for cooler weather when the house can be opened to catch the sea breeze.

The cottage is located in the settlement, and the grocery store is only a 5 minute walk away. Walking distance to the island's restaurants and bars. Grabber's long narrow beach on the sea of Abaco is virtually just beyond Blue Coral Landing's front door, while an 8-minute walk across the island takes you to the beautiful white, sandy Atlantic beach Guana Cay is so famous for.

You can fish from or tie up your boat at Blue Coral Landing's shared dock right in front of the house. Water depth at the end of the dock is about 3' at low tide.

There is a brand new back up generator in case the power goes off.
